| Regional Symposium : From Food Incidents to Crisis Management | | | | | |
| Client: Centre for Food Safety, Food and Environmental Hygiene Department Project Background To commemorate the landmark of the Centre for Food Safety (CFS) designated as the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre (WHOCC) for Risk Analysis of Chemicals in Food in October 2010 and fifth anniversary of the establishment of the CFS, the CFS organized a Regional Symposium featuring the theme "From Food Incidents to Crisis Management" on 1-2 June 2011. Our Works To execute the overall event preparation, production and on-site management. The concrete works include guest coordination, preparation of conference materials, production and decoration of event venue, promotion and registration, event management, guest dinner arrangement and management, and prepare evaluation report and presentation highlight content for the Symposium after the event. Our Achievement Over 700 person-time participated the 1.5 days Symposium with numerous local media coverage. Successfully supported the CFS to promote the theme "From Food Incidents to Crisis Management". Enhance the interest of society towards the works of CFS. |
